I've done my best to create videos which show the greatest detail while keeping the file sizes to a minimum. Even so, these files are pretty big. I recommend that you view them using a high speed connection which can sustain 500K bits per second or better (DSL, Digital Cable, High Speed Wireless, etc.). Viewing them over a dialup connection may not yield satisfactory results. See below if you would like me to send you a DVD copy.
To start, just use the controls on the box below. If you want to view the video full screen, right click on the image, select "Zoom" and then "Full Screen". If you are using an operating system which does not support Media Player 9 (Windows 95, NT, etc.), then the box below will be empty. Instead, use the links listed next to the box (you may still need to update your Media Player version). You can also select one of these to play just that section of the video.
