I've done my best to create videos which show the highest quality and greatest detail while keeping the file sizes to a minimum. Even so, these files are pretty big. I recommend that you view them using a high speed connection which can sustain 500K bits per second or better (DSL, Digital Cable, High Speed Wireless, etc.).
